New Delhi: In the pollution control case, the Supreme Court has said that no vehicle should be run with kerosene. The court, while commenting in this case, has asked the Central Government to impose a ban on kerosene-run vehicles at the earliest and implement instructions to seize such vehicles on the road.

The Kejriwal government, while presenting its stand in the court, said that an action plan has been prepared for all the polluting hotspots in the capital. On which the top court said that some hotspots have reduced in size, but the pollution has not completely reduced yet. On this, the Delhi Chief Secretary told the court that we have taken many strict steps to reduce traffic. The District Commissioners have been asked to take steps.

He said that due to the Corona epidemic, many factories are still closed. There is less traffic on the road as well. Due to which the air pollution of the province has come down. This is the reason that the Air Quality Index (AQI) of most areas of Delhi remains at 100. But we will continue to take action in the coming days so that it can not increase further and people get clean air.
