New Delhi: The country's largest court has refused to hear a petition challenging the increase in CBSE's Class 10 and 12 examination fees. The court said that how can the court order, you go to the appropriate authority. The Delhi High Court had directed the Center and the Government of Delhi to consider the petition demanding the Class X and XII students to waive the examination fees for this session and decide according to the law on September 28.

The petition in the apex court was filed by advocate Ashok Aggarwal on behalf of the NGO Social Jurist. The petition stated that the parents' income has either been lost or has fallen significantly due to the Corona crisis and lockdown. Parents are also facing problems in raising bread on June 2. Corona has been beaten up by parents who send their children to study in government and private schools. They are also unable to collect the fees of private schools. The worst case is that of parents sending their children to study in government schools.

The petition said that most of the parents have lost their jobs or are getting fresh jobs. It is not possible for these parents to pay their children's tenth and twelfth examination fees to CBSE. The petition said that the court should direct the government to pay the examination of students studying in class X and XII.
