New Delhi: Hathras case was heard in the apex court on Thursday. This hearing was on a petition to have the case investigated by the CBI or SIT under the supervision of a retired judge. During this time, the atmosphere was also slightly warm, when the Chief Justice was angry, the victim's lawyer Seema Kushwaha had to apologize.

The hearing was going on on the petition filed for the CBI investigation, but during this time the victim party had repeatedly requested to shift the trial to Delhi. On this, the court has said that it would be better if Allahabad High court hears and take that decision. The Supreme Court reserved the verdict on the demand for a CBI inquiry under the supervision of a retired judge. The court was commenting, during this time, the victim's family lawyer Seema Kushwaha once again said that the trial of the case should be shifted to Delhi. On this, the Chief Justice asked Seema Kushwaha, who gave you permission to speak in between? After this Seema Kushwaha apologized to the court.

Earlier, advocate Seema Kushwaha appeared in the country's largest court on behalf of the victim's family for hearing the Hathras gang rape and murder case. She said that there has been a demand from the family that the trial should be conducted in Delhi. She demanded that the trial be shifted from Uttar Pradesh to Delhi. On this, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta presented by the UP government said that he has no objection to this.
