New Delhi: Like every year, political rhetoric has started on the problem of increasing air pollution in Delhi. Union Environment Minister Prakash Javadekar has given a statement on the main factors of increasing pollution in the country's capital region, on which Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal was infuriated and retaliated by tweeting from his official Twitter handle.

Arvind Kejriwal tweeted that repeated denials will not help. If only 4 percent of the pollution is caused by burning of straw, then why has the pollution suddenly increased sometime before? Before that the air was clear. Same story every year. Has there been no surge in any local source to increase pollution to this level?

Let us tell you that for the prevention of pollution in Delhi, 50 teams have been formed by the Central Pollution Control Board. Strict action will be taken against violating environmental regulations in NCR. These teams will be effective till 28 February. Along with this, these teams will visit Noida, Ghaziabad, Meerut, Gurugram, Faridabad, Jhajjar, Panipat, Sonipat, Bhiwani, Alwar and Bharatpur to assess pollution.
