Supreme Court to continue hearing on Apr. 20 in Bulandshahr gang rape case matter

In the Bulandshahr gang rape case the Supreme court will continue hearing the arguments on April 20. Azam Khan, the Uttar Pradesh Minister apology in  Bulandshahr gang-rape case was accepted by the court in December.

Earlier, the court lifted its order staying the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) probe into the Bulandshahr gang-rape case. However, the order was altered by the court after the investigative agency, moved to the court asking to vacate its stay on the ongoing probe.

In Bulandshahr gang-rape case matter a woman and her daughter were gang raped by a group in the district.
