In the Uphaar tragedy case, the Supreme Court will today continue the hearing the case. In connection with the case, the court will hear the plea filed by former IPS officer.
The accused Gopal Ansal in April surrendered before the Tihar jail authorities after the apex court refused to grant him more time.
The apex court sentenced Ansal to one-year jail term on February 9, while, his elder brother Sushil was ordered to skip his prison term because of his old age and ill-health.
