New Delhi: In the case of rebel MLAs of Rajasthan Government, the Supreme Court will hear on Monday the petition of the Speaker of the Assembly. The decision was to be given by the Rajasthan High Court on Friday on the petition of Sachin Pilot and other rebel MLAs in the case. But in view of the apex court hearing this matter on Monday, the High Court did not give its verdict.

Meanwhile, on Sunday, Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) issued a whip to the six MLAs who left the party to join Congress last year to vote against the ruling party Congress during the floor test in the assembly. BSP general secretary Satish Chandra Mishra said in a statement, 'By issuing separate notices to all the six MLAs, information has been given that since BSP is a recognized national party and the whole country is under para four of the tenth schedule of the Constitution Without merging the entire party (BSP) everywhere in the state, it cannot be merged only at the state level.'

Satish Chandra Mishra said that if six MLAs vote against the party whip, then they will be disqualified for membership of the assembly. He further said, 'the notice further states that they are committed to follow the whip of the party and if they do not do so, they will be eligible to be disqualified from the membership of the Legislative Assembly.'
