In the case of Sushant Singh Rajput, such revelations are happening day by day which are shaking the heart. Now, in this case, the petition of actress Rhea Chakravarty is going to be heard in the Supreme Court. Although this hearing was going to be held yesterday but due to rain it could not be done. Today, Rhea's petition is listed at number 11 in the single bench of Justice Rishikesh Rai of the Supreme Court. This bench has sat at 11 o'clock. There are now reports that by 11.30, hearing on Rhea's petition will begin. Apart from this, on behalf of the Bihar government, Senior Advocate Mukul Rohtagi will put forward the side.

On the other hand, Sushant Singh Rajput's father KK Singh will be represented by senior advocate Vikas Singh and, senior advocate R Basant on behalf of the Maharashtra government. Earlier, Sushant's father KK Singh had filed a case against Rhea Chakraborty at Rajiv Nagar police station in Bihar. During that time, he made many serious allegations on Rhea. She has been in discussions since then. She filed a case in the Supreme Court after her name came up. She filed a petition demanding transfer of the case from Bihar to Mumbai.

In this regard, Rhea's lawyer said, 'Rhea had filed a petition in the Supreme Court stating that the investigation of this case does not come under the jurisdiction of Bihar Police, this petition will continue in the Supreme Court. There is no legal basis for Bihar Police to join this case. At most, it will be zero FIR and it will be transferred to Mumbai Police. We have realized this because the Bihar police did not have the right to investigate the case, so they used the wrong way to investigate. Now it has to be seen what the decision is going to be.'
