Sushant Singh Rajput case has been handed over to the CBI. The Supreme Court has rejected Rhea Chakraborty's petition. According to the information received, the court asked the CBI to investigate the matter. Supreme Court issued orders to the Mumbai Police to hand over all the documents to the CBI. Apart from this, the court also said that the Bihar government has the right to help in the investigation. Apart from this, the court says that if the CBI wants, then it can start a new case.

Sushant's father KK Singh had registered an FIR against Rhea in Bihar and to get it transferred to Mumbai, the actress had filed a petition in the Supreme Court, which has now been dismissed. According to the information received, the bench of Justice Hrishikesh Roy reserved the decision after hearing on Tuesday. On the other hand, senior advocate Maninder Singh appeared on behalf of the Bihar government, Abhishek Manu Singhvi on behalf of the Maharashtra government, Shyam Divan and Vikas Singh on behalf of Sushant Singh Rajput's family.

Talking about Rhea's petition, she said "Sushant's father's FIR has no connection with any crime in Patna. The state is interfering heavily due to the registration of a case in Patna. Elections are going to be held in Bihar, so the matter is being given political angle". However, the Bihar police accused the Mumbai police of not cooperating. Everyone is very happy as the case is handed over to the CBI in Sushant Singh Rajput's death case.
