Mumbai: The uproar over the AIIMS report in Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput's murder mystery is not stopping. Sushant's family lawyer Vikas Singh had written a letter to CBI yesterday. Sushant's kin are now leaving the CBI headquarters. Sushant's brother-in-law OP Singh, who is also an IPS officer, is about to reach the CBI headquarters. He will discuss aspects of lawyer Vikas Singh's letter.

While interacting with the media on Wednesday, Vikas Singh questioned the AIIMS report. He had claimed that Sudhir Gupta had told him that Sushant was murdered by 200% strangulation. Vikas had also stressed on how the report, which has not yet been submitted to Sushant's family, leaked to the media. He objected to that attitude of AIIMS. In the same conversation, Vikas had said that he could knock the door of the Supreme Court again if necessary.

The letter, which OP Singh is being sent to CBI headquarters today, has been appealed that a new forensic team should be formed.  Amidst the ongoing uproar over the AIIMS report, the demand has been made by Sushant's family. Vikas has questioned how the AIIMS team reached a result without enough viscera. Sushant's family is not satisfied with the making of the actor's suicide theory. According to them, it is wrong to point out the matter as a suicide case. According to Vikas Singh, it should be investigated whether Rhea Chakraborty used to give him drugs or not. It should also be clear that Sushant was being forced to give drugs or he was taking it on his own volition. As a lawyer, this aspect of the case is very important at the moment.
