At the time of the death of late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput, four people were present at his flat. Siddharth Pithani, Cook Neeraj Singh and Helper Dipesh were the first to see Sushant's dead body. After this, Sushant's sister Meetu Singh reached there. Cook Neeraj has revealed what came out of Meetu's mouth after seeing the body.
According to the media report, Neeraj said in his statement to the Mumbai Police, "On June 14, Sushant sir told me to bring me cold water. I ran quickly and brought cold water. Then he asked if everything is fine I said yes sir everything is fine. Then he went to his room. After that, I approached the room comfortably, but no answer came. I knocked again after half an hour. The chef went, and he called Sir twice. The bell was ringing, but he did not answer.
Neeraj said, "We called the locksmith to know what happened inside. After some time he too came. He said that it would take five minutes to break the lock, and an hour if you want me to make the keys. Siddharth Pithani said that break the door. I gave him two thousand rupees cash and said that you go. According to Neeraj's statement, it was quite dark when Deepesh and he opened the door. AC of the room was on. Deepesh turned on the light. Sushant Sir's body was hung in the room with a fan with a green cloth. Neeraj said, Siddharth called Sushant sir's sister Meetu and informed about his death. After that, Siddharth told me to cut the cloth with a knife. Sir's body was on the bed. According to Neeraj, as soon as Meetu Singh went inside the room, she shouted. She said, "Gulshan what have you done?" Meetu said, "Put his body properly on the bed". Also, Meetu had removed the green cloth from Sushant's neck. The case is being investigated by CBI.
