On Monday, the EAM Sushma Swaraj with Minister VK Singh and MJ Akbar launched a book on MEA achievements in last 4 years. During the launching of the event, Swaraj also gave an interview to the media persons.

While giving answers to the media persons, EAM Sushma Swaraj stated that she was surprised to hear that there were so many countries that our leaders didn't go to. She said that when BJP formed their govt, they thought that they will cover all the 192 countries present at the UN, for ministerial-level talks. And with a sense of pride said that BJP has covered 186 countries already.

90,000 people from Indian population have been recovered from different places. In his visits to various countries, PM has protected many people from harsh punishments. Today, Indians living overseas are living peacefully, adds Swaraj. She also said that BJP never said that they are not ready for talks, but there is a sign. "Terror and talks cannot go together, be it post elections(Pakistan general elections scheduled for July 25) or even before. Jab seema par janaze uth rahe hon,to baatcheet ki awaaz acchi nahi lagti" Swaraj also stated.

With a sense of anger, Swaraj said that the answer government has got in the response to what happened with Gilgit Baltistan Order 2018 was laughable. She said they tried to teach BJP history. Pakistan always declines history & doesn't believe in the law. "Only thing I felt while reading their answer was, 'look who's talking'," EAM Swaraj added.

While talking she also said that "I got a tweet from someone who was visiting Mansarovar that they were not being allowed to take a holy dip in the Mansarovar jheel. This wasn't the situation. There is always a designated place where you can take a bath, you cannot take a dip just anywhere in the river,"

While talking about the opposition, Congress, Swaraj said that oppositions allegations that our relations with Russia have worsened, are far from the truth, only recently PM Modi and President Putin held a successful informal summit
