A renowned brand that manufactures cars as well as 2 wheelers, Suzuki has announced the launch of its latest venture, Burgman Street in India on July 19. Well, the Burgman Street would be quite similar to Access 125 in the basic design, but it has been designed in a way that it would resemble the European maxi-scooters.
If you wonder about the innovation behind its name, Let me inform you that the Burgman Street has been inspired by the Burgman, which is a 640cc maxi-scooter that is sold in various global markets. Well, the Burgman Street has also been inspired on its styling aspects by its previous releases. The front apron is sharp enough and has been provided with an LED headlamp setup and turn indicators that come with a transparent windscreen on top. Its digital instrument cluster has been inspired by the Gixxer.
The Burgman Street has been provided with a 124cc single-cylinder engine which would deliver 8.4bhp and 10.2Nm of torque. The Burgman would run on telescopic front forks and a rear monoshock. It shall run on alloy wheels front, 12-inch and rear, 10-inch. The Burgman shall also provide disc brakes in the front and combi- brakes shall be provided as a standard.
