Swara said this

Swara wrote in her post, "It is extremely painful to read the findings of the committee, and it is all the more shocking because it feels so familiar. Perhaps not in every detail and every nuance, but the larger picture that emerges from the testimonies of women is very familiar."

Swara further wrote, "Showbiz has always been a male-dominated industry, where patriarchy prevails. This industry tries to avoid risk and does not like any disruption for economic reasons. Every day of production, be it shooting or pre and post-production, everything is related to money. So it becomes difficult to raise voice on moral grounds."
