This is the most tragic incident a few days ago on June 30, 2019. When an entire family was returning from a temple located near Moradabad with its 12 members. All the family members stayed in a Dharamsala near the temple. Then some unknown people came to him and gave him a cold drink in a plastic glass. All the family members fainted after drinking their cold drink. The next day, the whole family was admitted to the Deendayal Hospital in Moradabad where they came to their senses," she said.

"He then discovered that his 13-year-old daughter has been having severe pain in her abdomen since the incident. He immediately brought the girl to the GTB hospital in Delhi and admitted her. Here, doctors told the complainant that her child had been gang raped. This has caused serious injury to his genitals. But even if the complainant makes a lot of requests, the Uttar Pradesh police is reluctant to file a family statement in the case and file an FIR under POCSO."

"I have met the girl and her family and are very concerned about her deteriorating condition," Swati finally wrote. "In view of the seriousness of the crime and the critical condition of the 13-year-old girl, I request you to file an FIR in this case as soon as possible under the appropriate provisions of the law and arrest the culprits immediately. Since the family's financial condition is not good, you are also requested to get proper compensation. The Delhi Commission for Women expects you to cooperate and take action in this matter immediately," she said.
