Kabul: After the invasion of Afghanistan by Taliban, the terror group appealed to the people not to be afraid. However gradually the real face of the Talibanise is getting exposed. A video is going viral on social media where a TV journalist is being forced to praise the Taliban at gunpoint.
This is surreal. Taliban militants are posing behind this visibly petrified TV host with guns and making him to say that people of #Afghanistan shouldn?t be scared of the Islamic Emirate. Taliban itself is synonymous with fear in the minds of millions. This is just another proof. pic.twitter.com/3lIAdhWC4Q

Don't be afraid! These were the words of a frightened news anchor in Afghanistan. The gunman was standing in the studio behind the TV journalist. The video of the incident has gone viral and questions are being raised over the Taliban's promise of a free press. However, Newstracklive does not confirm the video and it is not known when and where the video is from. Reports have surfaced of journalists being targeted since the Taliban captured Afghanistan on August 15. It comes even after the Taliban said they would allow the press in the country to operate freely.
Masih Alinejab, a journalist, tweeted the video, 'This is surreal. Taliban militants are posing behind this visibly petrified TV host with guns and making him say that people of Afghanistan shouldn?t be scared of the Islamic Emirate.'
