Kabul: Afghans have been fighting the law and order situation since the change of power. On Monday, the Taliban released more than 210 prisoners lodged in an Afghan prison. The Taliban's move comes after the fact that islamic state-based terrorist groups based in Khorasan, Syria and Iraq have come out as a major public security problem in the country.
