Amritsar: In the investigation of last month's bomb blasts in Taran Taran district of Punjab, a big thing has been revealed. The Akali Dal chief and former deputy CM Sukhbir Singh Badal was on the terrorists' target. The terrorists had conspired to blast the bomb during Sukhbir Badal's Amritsar tour. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) arrested Gurjant Singh, the main accused in the Taran Taran blast case on September 5, on Friday last week. Two people were killed in the blast while the main accused was injured.

The terrorists consider Sukhbir Badal to be a conspirator behind the cases of disobedience of Guru Granth Sahib in Punjab and subsequent police firing on protesters. Due to this, a conspiracy to attack was made. NIA is currently doing this matter. To carry out this incident, the terrorists had pressed the bomb in an empty plot in Pandora Gola village under Tarn Taran district but exploded while taking out the bomb. Two terrorists were killed on the spot in this blast.
