Tata Motors has launched its new compact SUV Tata Curvv. This SUV comes in coupe style and is built on the Atlas platform. The car has the option of two turbo petrol engines and one diesel engine. The special thing is that it has a new Hyperion direct injection turbo petrol engine, which generates 125bhp of power and 225Nm of torque. This engine is much more powerful than the standard 1.2 turbo engine, which gives 120bhp of power and 170Nm of torque.

Engine and Performance:  Tata Curve is available with a 6-speed manual gearbox and a DCT dual clutch automatic gearbox option. The car is very easy to drive and its torque makes the engine and gearbox run smoothly without much effort. Ride and Handling:  The Curvv rides quite solidly and is sturdy. It has a ground clearance of 208mm, which makes it easy to move on bad roads. The light steering makes it easy to turn. There is a little body roll, but it remains completely under control. The 18-inch wheels of the car also perform quite well and make the ride comfortable.

Interiors and Features:  The interiors of the Tata Curvv are as attractive as its exterior styling. It has been equipped with many premium features such as ventilated seats, powered driver seat, voice-enabled panoramic sunroof, 360 degree camera, powered handbrake, and technology like ADAS Level 2. Along with this, a JBL audio system is also present in it, which further enhances the premium feel of the car.

Comfort and Storage:  The front seats of this SUV are quite comfortable, but the rear seats have a little less space. Due to its coupe roofline, the headroom is also a little less. There is also a lack of headrest for the third passenger in the rear seat. However, the 500-litre boot of the vehicle is quite large, which solves the storage problem. Apart from this, it also has a powered boot release feature.
