Together, they have unveiled MOBIUS+, an advanced platform designed to enhance the lifecycle management of batteries. This initiative aims to promote sustainability, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize performance across the battery industry.

According to Tata Elxsi, the MOBIUS+ platform is set to transform battery management, covering every stage from production to recycling. By incorporating advanced data analytics, real-time monitoring, and compliance tools, MOBIUS+ offers actionable insights for stakeholders across the battery ecosystem. These include Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), material suppliers, battery cell and module manufacturers, and recyclers.

As part of this collaboration, Minespider will provide its blockchain-powered battery passport solution. This ensures seamless compliance with international regulations, particularly in markets like Europe and the United States. Tata Elxsi will focus on the development, delivery, and deployment of the MOBIUS+ platform, ensuring it remains scalable and future-ready, with a primary rollout planned for the Indian market.

The platform allows vendors to easily upload and manage their data, ensuring transparency and accuracy throughout the supply chain. It also features a centralized, secure, cloud-based repository that simplifies data access and analysis for OEMs and other stakeholders. Additionally, OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers can utilize MOBIUS+ to create customized workflows and leverage battery data for advanced analytics, enabling them to maximize their return on investment (ROI).
