Tata Motors has launched its new electric car Tata Curvv EV in India. This electric car was being awaited for a long time and now finally this car has arrived in the market. This SUV car of Tata is the first budget coupe SUV, which has been prepared in the signature Virtual Sunrise paint scheme.

New member in Tata's EV portfolio

Tata Motors currently has the largest EV portfolio and now the Curvv EV has also joined this list. In the Indian market, it will compete with models like Hyundai Creta EV, Kia Carens EV, MG ZS EV , and the upcoming Mahindra XUV.e8 .

The Tata Curve EV is available in three engine options:

  1. 1.2-litre, 3-cylinder TGDi Hyperion turbo petrol engine:

    • Power: 123bhp
    • Torque: 225Nm
  2. 1.2-litre turbo petrol engine:

    • Power: 118bhp
    • Torque: 170Nm
  3. 1.5 litre diesel engine:

    • Power: 113bhp
    • Torque: 260Nm

Tata Curvv EV price and variants

Tata has launched the Curvv EV in 7 variants of 5 trims. Its introductory price starts at Rs 17.49 lakh, booking of which will start from August 12. Its top variant is priced at Rs 21.99 lakh. These prices are ex-showroom. Apart from this, the price of the ICE (Internal Combustion Engine) version of this car will be announced in the month of September. This new electric SUV from Tata  Tata Curvv EV , is set to set a new trend in the Indian market.
