Even though the covid case cases have come down in the country, the death toll is still increasing. The Delhi government has imposed duties on teachers for the management of bodies in the hospital. Now, this decision of the Government is being taken by the Municipal Teachers' Association of Delhi.

Teachers' Union expresses protest: It has been learnt that the Municipal Corporation of Delhi Teachers' Association has also tweeted in protest. In which he tagged Chief Minister Kejriwal, Deputy Chief Minister, Lieutenant Governor and PMO and wrote that the duty of teachers has been imposed in mortuaries even at night which can lead to any accident there. Fear can also cause a heart failure. Therefore, do not allow this duty of teachers to be imposed in such places.

Bed reserves to be kept for teachers: According to the information received, the Municipal Teachers' Association also demands that some beds have been reserved for teachers in all hospitals. They should also be treated as covid warriors and given facilities after death. Only a few of the teachers killed in the past wave were helped, but don't do it this time.

While the outbreak of the second wave of covid infection in the national capital is slowly receding. According to a bulletin issued on Sunday, 1,649 new cases of infection have been reported in Delhi in the last 24 hours. The positivity rate here is 2.42 per cent. In a day, 189 people lost their lives due to corona. In the last 24 hours, 5,158 people have recovered from Covid. The number of patients recovering is more than the new cases.

A total of 68,043 people have been screened for covid in Delhi in the last 24 hours. State that lockdown is in place in the capital till May 31 to check the speed of covid infection.
