New Delhi: Team India has been announced for the upcoming T20 series against South Africa. The three-match series will be played in September next month. Former captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni has not found a place in the team's selection held on Thursday night. While Hardik Pandya has returned, Jaspreet Bumrah has been rested.

Wicketkeeper and Batsman Dhoni himself asked the BBCI to not select him for the upcoming T20 series against South Africa. Dhoni will not be part of the Indian team in two consecutive series after the West Indies tour.
