New Delhi: The country's first private train Tejas Express is going to run back on the tracks once. The operation of this train was stopped since the arrival of the corona epidemic in the last year. Now after about 10 months, the operation of this train is being resumed keeping in mind the convenience of the passengers. This private train is operated by the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Department (IRCTC).

Since the lockdown in the crisis of the corona epidemic, there was a huge decline in the transport sector. The number of passengers on the trains was greatly reduced. Right from the beginning of the process of unlocking, life was beginning to return on track. With the arrival of the vaccine in the country, now the panic of the corona has also reduced in people and people are coming out of their homes. In this context, IRCTC has announced the operations of Tejas Express from 14 February to provide a convenient journey for passengers.

For the convenience of passengers, advance booking facility will be started in Tejas Express 30 days in advance. Booking for February 14 has been started. In Tejas Express (Train No 82501), which runs between Lucknow and Delhi, the fare from Delhi to Kanpur has been fixed at Rs 780. Passengers traveling from Delhi to Lucknow on Tejas Express will have to pay a ticket fee of Rs 870.
