Patna: Tejashwi Yadav, the younger son of RJD supremo and former CM Lalu Prasad Yadav and Leader of Opposition in Bihar Assembly, may soon go on a honeymoon abroad with wife Rachel aka Rajshree. ED has returned Tejashwi's passport. Tejashwi Yadav's passport was recovered by the Enforcement Directorate in the IRCTC scam case. For the past several months, the Enforcement Directorate had seized Tejashwi's passport. Although the ED has returned Tejashwi's passport, his passport has expired.

Tejashwi was planning to go on a honeymoon with his wife since their marriage on December 9, but he was not able to go anywhere due to the deposit of his passport with the ED. Due to this, Tejashwi was constantly in contact with the ED and was appealing to return his passport, after which the ED returned his passport to him on Thursday.

On the other hand, recently an FIR has been registered against Lalu Prasad Yadav's elder son and MLA Tej Pratap Yadav from Hasanpur assembly seat. This case has been registered against Tej Pratap for not giving full details of the property in the affidavit filed during the Bihar assembly elections. The Janata Dal (United) had given a complaint against Tej Pratap Yadav to the Election Commission, after which an FIR has been registered against him at the Rosda police station.
