Patna: Former Bihar Deputy CM and RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav has arrived in Patna with his wife. The two went to Patna for the first time after marriage. Tejashwi and his wife Rachel were accorded a warm welcome on the occasion. A photo of Tejashwi and Rachel traveling by air before reaching Patna also surfaced. Now that Rachel arrived in Patna with Tejashwi for the first time after the marriage, they were greeted with a garland of flowers at Jai Prakash Narayan Airport.

Rachel's face smiled at the airport. She looked very happy with the grand welcome. Tejashwi, who reached Patna, was seen holding the hand of his wife Rachel at the airport. On 9th December, Lalu Yadav's younger son Tejashwi married in Delhi from his friend Rachel. Several photos of their wedding were revealed in which the two were seen performing wedding rituals.

32-year-old Tejashwi married Rachel Iris at a farmhouse in Delhi in the presence of his parents Rabri Devi and Lalu Prasad Yadav, his eight siblings, other family members, close relatives, and SP leader Akhilesh Yadav. Rachel is the daughter of a businessman from Haryana and the couple has known each other since childhood. The two married after many years of friendship.
