Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav took out a march to Gopalganj with his MLAs to demand the arrest of Janata Dal-United (JDU) MLA Amarendra Pandey. However, during this time RJD leaders violated the rules of social distancing. Tejashwi also had an argument with the police. On Thursday, Tejashwi had announced to go to Gopalganj. A large number of policemen and Rapid Action Force have been deployed to stop him. In any case, the police is preventing him from going to Gopalganj. Talking to the media, Tejashwi said that there is no lockdown for criminals. We are going to meet the aggrieved family. We are taking care of social distance.
Tejashwi has asked the state government to stop criminals and terrorists when the police stopped him. He wrote, 'If you want to stop then stop your criminals and terrorists. I am going to meet the victims of the massacre by giving prior information to the government, so why are you stopping me now?' There is a gathering of supporters outside his residence. He said that no political program is allowed due to the lockdown. That is why we have not given any kind of permission.
