The court also responded to the high bills charged by private hospitals for treatment of Covid-19 and asked the government to take action against such hospitals. It has ordered the authorities to make RTPCT kits available in district hospitals and also asked ICMR to conduct the prescribed tests. The government's plan to have coronavirus is not appreciable and has been asked to file a counter by November 24. The hearing was postponed to November 26.
