While discussing the arrangements of Shravan month, the Minister-in-charge has given instructions to extend the time of Mahakal Darshan by one hour. Now devotees will get to worship till 7 pm. Darshan system is in force from 8 am to 6 pm. Here, the order to open the shop has also been withdrawn by right-left rule in the city.

In view of the corona infection, a decision was taken not to allow Kavad yatris to enter the temple with a view to crowd control. However, before this, every year Kavadis were given entry through the special gate for the remaining four days of the week except Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
