Key Highlights from PM Modi and President Trump's Meeting: Prime Minister Narendra Modi met US President Donald Trump on Friday and talked over strengthening ties between India and United States. Their conversation focused on trade, defense, security, space, and global issues.

1. Boosting Trade to USD500 Billion: PM Modi announced that India and the US aim to double their trade to USD500 billion by 2030. He said both countries will soon finalize a beneficial trade deal.

2. Deportation of Illegal Immigrants: PM Modi said India is willing to take back its citizens who are living illegally in the US. He added that many of these people are misled by false promises. He also stressed the need to end human trafficking and said India would work with the US to eliminate the networks behind it.

3. 26/11 Mumbai Attacks and Tahawwur Rana: President Trump confirmed that Tahawwur Rana, who was involved in the 26/11 Mumbai attacks, will be extradited to India. PM Modi thanked him and said India will ensure justice is served.

4. India to Get F-35 Fighter Jets: President Trump announced that India will be allowed to buy F-35 fighter jets, joining a select group of nations. He also mentioned that the US will increase military sales to India and support its nuclear energy sector.

5. 'Make India Great Again': PM Modi referenced Trump’s 'Make America Great Again' or MAGA slogan and said India is working towards 'Make India Great Again' (MIGA). He called the India-US relationship a "MEGA partnership" for growth.

10. Strengthening  QUAD  Partnership: PM Modi invited Trump to India for the upcoming Quad Leaders’ Summit. Before the summit, both nations are set introduce new steps for disaster relief and maritime security.
