Leh: In view of the tension along the border with China in Ladakh, internal security and ITBP personnel deployed in Coronavirus will now be transported to the Line of Actual Control (LAC). The Home Ministry can take a decision in this regard soon. According to sources, 35 companies of ITBP are deployed in different work related to internal security and corona epidemic.
In addition to increasing the deployment of ITBP personnel on LAC, there is a readiness to increase more vigil on the border. Earlier, 15 companies which were deployed in internal security in Jammu and Kashmir have been shifted to Ladakh. According to sources, a total of 50 ITBP companies engaged in internal security will now be sent to the Line of Actual Control. Meanwhile, Army Chief Manoj Mukund Narwane is going on a two-day Leh tour on Tuesday. There he will take stock of the current situation of LAC and can meet soldiers injured in violent conflict.
According to sources, in an 11-hour dialogue between the two country's military commanders in Moldo on Monday, it has been agreed to reduce the tension, but how the two countries' army withdrew from the current situation to reduce the tension, the path has yet to be found. It has been agreed to withdraw artillery and military equipment from the border.
