Elon Musk(CEO and co-founder of Tesla Motors) has introduced to launch the Model 3 electric car in India.On Thusrday, 31st March, Elon Musk tweeted tha, “ the Model 3 electric car will be coming to “India, Brazil, SA, SK, NZ, Sing, and Ireland.”
Despite, Musk has been intrusive to make electric cars general for a while now, he even freed up all of Tesla Motors patents, a few years ago.
On Mrach 31,at the Tesla’s Design Studio in Hawthorne California, revealed that the electric car is the company’s pitch to middle-class drivers.
The cost for Model 3 will be $35,000 (approximately Rs 23,24,500) for the base model.
The car is expected to go 0-60MPH in less than 6 seconds and be able to travel 215 miles with a single charge but the company hopes to hike up those numbers once in its final version.
