According to the information received, a link was issued to the party's lawyer and government advocate for this. The order was also passed on the computer and uploaded to the CIS software in PDF format and this session was heard by Additional Sessions, Judge Samaresh Singh. All the four cases that came up in this hearing were related to cases of urgent nature of bail and government advocate Dinesh Hardia said that bail applications in these cases were submitted in the district court via e-mail.
