New Delhi:  The 2023 version of the Aerox 155 scooter has been unveiled in India by the Japanese automaker Yamaha. The vehicle is now equipped with a traction control system and is priced at Rs. 1,42,800 (ex-showroom).

For a better riding experience, it comes with a powerful design, a silver colour scheme, a 155cc engine producing 14.8hp, and a number of convenience-related features.

Every two-wheeler enthusiast in India has been wowed by the styling, performance, and modern features of the Yamaha Aerox 155, which has performed admirably in the domestic market.

Even more goodies are now included in the 2023 version. It is the first vehicle in its segment to have traction control, which improves control by lessening wheelspin in conditions of low traction. Additionally, it now uses E20 fuel and is OBD-2 system compliant.

On an underbone frame, the 2023 Yamaha Aerox 155 is supported. It is available in Grey Vermillion, Racing Blue, and Metallic Black. The scooter has a stepped-up seat, an upswept exhaust, an external fuel lid, arrowhead-shaped mirrors, a power outlet up front, a Bluetooth-enabled digital instrument console, hazard lamps, and a digital instrument console. It has disc brakes and 14-inch alloy wheels.

The 155cc liquid-cooled motor on the 2023 Yamaha Aerox 155 is equipped with a variable valve actuator and is connected to a CVT transmission system. The engine produces 14.9Nm of maximum torque at 6,500 rpm and 14.8hp of maximum power at 8,000 rpm.

The front wheel of the 2023 Yamaha Aerox 155 has a 230mm disc brake, and the rear wheel has a 130mm drum brake. A side-stand engine cut-off feature and a single-channel ABS are safety features.

The two-suspension wheeler's consists of twin gas-charged rear shock absorbers and telescopic front forks. The car now complies with the OBD-2 system and uses E20 fuel.

The price of the 2023 Yamaha Aerox 155 is Rs. 1,42,800. (ex-showroom, Delhi). The trims that Yamaha is offering for the car are Metallic Black, Racing Blue, and Grey Vermillion.
