The criminals detained in connection with the black marketing of life saving injections at the time of corona infection will have to spend a few more days in jail. The Moradabad court has also rejected the bail application of the accused. The court also dismissed the petition terming the offence of the accused as a serious offence related to public health.

It is learnt that the accused Kamran and Piyush have applied for bail. The case was heard in the court along with the ADJ. The defence has requested for release citing false implication of the men. But the prosecution has expressed its displeasure. Special Public Prosecutor Vaibhav Aggarwal has said that the crime of the accused is a serious and serious matter related to public health.

The patient is dying due to the non-availability of medicines during the covid infection. In such a situation, these people are blackmarketing life saving drugs. Their bail application is rejected. The Special Public Prosecutor has said that after hearing the case, the court also rejected the bail application of the accused for playing with public health.
