Bollywood's very famous actor Sonu Sood is in a lot of headlines these days. In fact, the Bombay High Court today heard its verdict on the alleged illegal construction case in Sonu in Mumbai. According to information received, the Bombay High Court rejected actor Sonu Sood's plea. This is the same petition challenging the BMC's notice on illegal constructions at their residence. In fact, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) had issued a notice to Sonu on illegal constructions. There was a hearing on 13th January and during that, the BMC had called Sood a 'habitual offender'. Not only that, but the municipality also said in the court that Sonu Sood has been continuously breaking the rules in the case of illegal constructions.''
What was the case- In fact, during the lockdown, Sonu Sood allegedly made structural changes in the residential building at suburban Juhu without permission. After that, the BMC issued a notice to them. As soon as the BMC notice was received, Sonu filed a petition in the Bombay High Court. In fact, Sonu Sood filed a petition last week through lawyer DP Singh in which he said, "He has not made any illegal construction in the six-story Shakti Sagar building.''
In the past, Sonu Sood also said on the notice of the BMC, "I fully respect the BMC who have made our Mumbai so amazing. On my part, I have followed all the rules and if there is scope for any improvement, I will definitely try to rectify that." At the same time, he also said, "We have petitioned the case in the court. As they guide, I will follow. Whatever direction is given on behalf of the Court will be followed thoroughly, on the same path. I will obey all the laws and the Act."
