Gaya: A court in Bihar's Gaya has sentenced a father who became heartless for the sake of lust to life imprisonment. The court in its verdict said that as long as the criminal's breath continues, he will be behind bars. He had committed rape with his minor daughter. The Gaya court on Thursday conducted a hearing through video conferencing in the incident and sentenced the culprit. The accused father had been raping his minor daughter for a year. And when the daughter became pregnant, the criminal had forcibly aborted her.

This shameful case that tarnished the sacred relationship is said to be of July 2020. When the criminal Surendra Paswan made his minor daughter a victim of eve-teasing. He raped her for a year. Due to this, when she became pregnant, she also got her aborted. After that, on the complaint of the victim and his mother, the police arrested Surendra Paswan.
On Thursday, special judge ADJ Seven Neeraj Kumar of the POCSO court of Gaya civil court heard the entire case through video conferencing and sentenced the convict to life imprisonment on the basis of evidence and evidence. Along with this, a monetary penalty of 35 thousand rupees was also imposed on the offender. Discussing the case, Special PP POCSO Act lawyer Sunil Kumar said that the accused father had raped the minor daughter for a year. And she was forcibly taken to Islampur and aborted. Due to this, the father was arrested. Today, the convict has been sentenced to life imprisonment till death by the court. At the same time, there was a lot of confusion in the court throughout the day about this incident and the punishment.
