Best Time To Drink: Night
The best time to drink milk would be in the night, rather than in the day because milk takes a long time to digest and might make you feel lethargic. Drinking milk at night helps you relax and helps the cells to absorb the nutrients effectively.
Worst Time To Drink: Morning
Morning is the worst time to consume milk because milk is heavy to digest and due to more physical activity in the mornings it could mess with your meal timings as well.

Lunch would be the perfect time to have rice since your metabolism in the day time is much higher than at night.
Worst Time To Eat: Night

Worst Time To Eat: Night
Banana should be avoided at night as it increases cough and cold and leads to mucus formation. Banana is rich in magnesium and if taken on an empty stomach at night, it can lead to stomach troubles.

Worst Time To Eat: Evening/Night
