Mumbai: A video of a discussion between Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde and a girl is going viral on social media. In the viral video, the girl is seen seeking advice from Chief Minister Shinde on how to become CM. The girl seen in the video, Annad Damre, met Eknath Shinde at his Nandanvan bungalow.
Due to this, the girl asked Chief Minister Shinde, "Can she also become the CM by helping the flood-affected people? Can I become CM by helping people?" Hearing these innocent questions of the girl, everyone present there started laughing. Chief Minister Eknath Shinde said to boost the morale of the girl, "Yes you can definitely become the CM. We will pass a resolution on it." Thereafter, the girl Annada promised CM Eknath Shinde to take her to Guwahati for Diwali this year. To which Chief Minister Shinde agreed and said, Yes we will definitely go. Shinde asked the girl if you want to go to the Kamakhya temple? Annad said yes in reply. Hearing these words of the girl, Chief Minister Shinde attended the persons present there. Told that this girl is very smart.

Eknath Shinde along with 39 Shiv Sena MLAs rebelled in the party and forced Uddhav Thackeray to quit the CM's chair of Maharashtra. The group of rebel MLAs led by Eknath Shinde had reached Guwahati on June 22. Eight days later, on June 30, Eknath Shinde was sworn in as the new CM of Maharashtra and Devendra Fadnavis of the BJP as the deputy chief minister.
