Naoto Matsumura had also left Tomioko, but if he could not find a place to stay, then he came back to Tomiyoko and started living here. There is another reason which brought him back here again. He is very fond of animals. He had left Tomioko after the nuclear accident, but the animals here were not going anywhere except that area, so he was forced to come to Tomioko. Now since there was a serious danger of radiation in that area, because there was radiation in the soil and water there. So he gathered information before staying here. He was told by Japan's aerospace exploration agency that he would not fall ill for at least 30-40 years. After this, he started living here happily.
