Dehradun: Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami will participate in various functions to be held on the state foundation day. He will also visit the summer capital Gairsain where he will attend the state foundation day programme to be held at the Bhararisain Assembly complex. On the foundation day on Wednesday morning, CM Pushkar Singh Dhami first reached the Martyrs Memorial site in Kachari. Here he saluted the martyrs. After this, Chief Minister Dhami reached Dehradun Police Line and joined the Raitic Parade. At the same time, Governor Lt. Gen. Gurmeet Singh took the salute of the Ceremonial Parade.

On this occasion, Chief Minister Dhami said that the history of the movement will be included in the textbooks. At the same time, he talked about recruiting more than 19 thousand at the time. Under the vision of PM Narendra Modi, the third decade of the 21st century will belong to Uttarakhand. We will make it the best state in the country by 2025. He said that our government has adopted the basic mantra of optionless resolve to make the state a leading state in every field by 2025.  

On the state foundation day, the Governor sought two resolutions from the people. He said that follow traffic rules and make Uttarakhand a role model of cleanliness. Every ghat street and village has to be kept clean. For this, everyone has to come together. Chief Minister Dhami paid tributes to those who died in the disaster. CM Dhami said that the state government is working towards safe tourism. Record pilgrims have also come to the Chardham Yatra this year. Tourism policy will be made to promote tourism in the next 3 months. Apart from this, the CM listed the successes of the present government.
