The Indian films with their phenomenal content and well-acclaimed work have contested in many film festival and got a special recognition too. Every year India got a sense of proud that it achieves from the worldwide acclamation of Indian personality or their work. This time the Indian fantasy directed by Rai Anil Barve got a chance to unveiled its plot in front of Venice International Film Critic’s week, 2018.
The Sohum Shah starrer is plot is set on 1920’s India during the British Occupation and will open the gala season’s 33rd installment. Its competitors at the fest are Hajooj Kuka’s ‘A Kasha’, German director Andreas Goldstein’s ‘Adam & Evelyn’, Alexia Walther and Maxime Matray’s ‘Blonde Animals’, and ‘Still Recording’, a documentary on the conflict in Syria co-directed by Syrians Saaed Al Batal and Ghiath Ayoub.
With this great news, a new poster for the thriller is also revealed which seems quite appealing. The movie is that is getting presented by Anand L Rai is set to release on 12th October of this year.
The movie is gathering lots of wishes for its further success and the ones who have witnessed the tremendous work have also appraised it. Notably, the ensemble the film has is quite talented too that made the achievement obvious. Jesper Kyd Jakobson, the Danish composer and sound designer who was awarded BAFTA Award is also contributing to this movie.

The section’s artistic director, Giona Nazzaro, appraised the full-fledged ‘Tumbbad’ as “a visionary fantasy film, rich in visual inventions, special effects, and blood.”
