The Jonas Brothers are not perfect; siblings might be envious of one another's accomplishments. On a happier note, Joe Jonas recently acknowledged that he envied Nick Jonas when he was hired for the hit television program The Voice. As The Jonas Brothers, Nick, Joe, and Kevin, made a guest appearance on an episode of the Armchair Expert podcast, Joe made this admission. When Joe Jonas learned that his younger brother Nick Jonas would be a judge on The Voice, he admitted that he was "so jealous."

Joe Jonas is not afraid to admit that he experienced jealousy when he learned that his younger brother Nick Jonas will serve as a judge on The Voice. Joe admitted that he could not control his tears because he was "so jealous."

 

Joe Jonas remarked to the hosts of the program,  “It was at the most picturesque setting  it was at the Fleetwood Mac show at Madison Square Garden— and as they’re playing ‘Landslide,’ I found out that he was going to be a judge on The Voice, and I was so jealous I cried my eyes out.” He added, “I’m super happy for him,

For one season in 2018, Joe Jonas participated as a judge on The Voice Australia. For his first season as a new coach in Season 18, Nick Jonas served as one of the judges. He returned to the program for Season 20 as well.

In the podcast, Joe also disclosed that he and Nick had tried out for the film version of the acclaimed Broadway production Wicked, directed by Jon M. Chu. Sadly, neither of them was chosen for the role. A few months prior, Joe had also been upfront about having tried out for the role of Peter Parker in the 2012 film The Amazing Spider-Man. Actor Andrew Garfield ended up taking up the part.
