Kim hinted about the Season 2 premiere's format during an interview with Good Morning America, "It's like a really seriously deep, vulnerable episode." Even though Kardashian withheld specifics regarding the episode's subject matter, she did say that viewers can expect a surprise. Speaking about herself, Kim added that this season will be very memorable for her."I think you see me making decisions for myself. Obviously, I’m always thinking about my kids, but generally [I’m] just doing things for myself."

The ex-couple had a boy last month, and it appears like the second season of the show will go into more detail about the moment they discovered they were expecting a second child and their choice to co-parent despite their split.
In the first episode's preview, Pete Davidson, who was dating Kim at the time, was also briefly shown. Although they broke up after dating for nine months, it is not yet known how much of her and Pete's relationship will be shown on the show.
