Madhubala needs no introduction.  She was born on Valentine’s day. She was among the most beautiful and successful women but her life was full of tragedies. Today is the death anniversary of the veteran actress.  Even after her beauty and many relationships, the actor spends her life in loneliness. Madhubala was the first Indian actress who created a ruckus not only in Bollywood but also in Hollywood. Madhubala was invited by the American magazine Theater Arts. A full-page article on Madhubala was published in this magazine. The title of the article was - 'The Biggest Star in the World'. On the one hand she is very successful in her professional life. On the other hand, her personal life was filled with difficulties.

Madhubala belonged to a Pathan family. Madhu's father was very strict with her. Her real name was Mumtaz Jahan Begum. She was the fifth of 11 siblings.  American director Frank Capra wanted to cast Madhubala in his film. But Madhubala's father Ataullah Khan refused to work for her. Madhubala started her career as a child actor in 1942 with the film 'Basant'. After 10 years, during the shooting of the film 'Bahut Din Huye' in 1952, she came to know that she had a hole in her heart.

Once an astrologer predicted her life and his prediction also became true. An astrologer said that she will become very famous never but will never find true love. He had also predicted the death of Madhu at an early age. Madhubala was in deeply love with actor Dilip Kumar and their relationship lasted for 9 years, but the relationship remained incomplete because of one incident

It is said that Madhubala and Dilip Kumar met for the first time on the sets of the film Tarana. After this, the closeness between the two started increasing. At that time Madhubala was only 18 years old and Dilip Saheb was 29. According to media reports, a film was being shot in Gwalior. At that time some goons misbehaved with the women and strip their clothes.

Madhubala's father asked to change the location of the shooting. This matter reached the court and Dilip Saheb supported the film director in the court. Madhubala's sister said Madhubala wanted Dilip Sahab to apologize to her father. But Dilip Kumar told Madhubala you leave your father, I will marry you. Because of this their relationship got ruined. Later Dilip Saheb married Saira Banu and Saira Banu stayed with him till his death. Madhubala had married Kishore Kumar. Madhubala died at 39.
