The shooting of their much-awaited movie in combination with Thalapathy Vijay and National Award-winning director Vamshi Pedipally seems to be moving fast. Produced by National Award-winning producers Dil Raju and Shirish under their production house 'Sri Venkateswara Creations', the makers have completed a long schedule of 25 days, with lead actors participating in it. He has also canned very important sequences in the schedule.

Titled Thalpathy 66, the movie has a stellar cast, including the name of national crush Rashmika Mandanna, who is playing the role of the leading lady. Prabhu, Sarath Kumar, Prakash Raj, Jayasudha, Srikanth, Sham, Yogi Babu, Sangeeta and Samyuktha, who are to be seen playing the lead actors of the movie, have also taken part in the shoot. It was like a celebration every day with a lot of actors coming on the sets and participating in the shoot.

With the help of writers, Hari and Ashish Solomon, the director himself has written the entire story of the film. The movie is being made on a grand scale with grand production values and the popular craftsman has been seen taking care of various crafts to make it as a visual magnificence. S Thaman provides the soundtrack, while Karthik Palani is the cinematographer and KL Praveen is the editor. Shri Harshit Reddy and Shri Hansitha are the co-producers of the movie. Sunil Babu and Vaishnavi Reddy are production designers. The movie is also likely to be released on Pongal next year in 2023.
