Material for making mawa barfi-
400 g khowa/h solidified milk
* 200 grams of sugar
* 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
* 2 tbsp pistachios, chopped

Method of making mawa barfi - First of all, greatize 400 grams of khowa. You can use fresh homemade khowa or khowa brought from dukan. After that transfer the grated mawa to a big stricture. Now add 150 grams of sugar after this and mix well. Now cook on a low flame and stir evenly. Its baa khowa and sugar begin to melt. Now be sure to make smooth to get a uniform texture.

After this, continue to cook while keeping the flame low until the mixture thickens. After about 20 minutes, the mixture begins to separate from the pan. Then add 1/4 tsp cardamom powder to it and mix well. Now transfer the prepared mixture into the greased mold pouring baking paper (size: 6 inches x 3 inches). Set up to make a block well. Then top with 2 tablespoons of chopped pistachios and pat gently.

Now allow the setting for 3 hours. You can optionally refrigerate for 30 minutes. After that, cut it into pieces and cut into pieces. Lastly, serve khoye ki barfi or store in an airtight container and keep it in the fridge for a week.
