Haridwar Crime Robbery of lakh of rupees in businessman's house at Pathri thana area

Haridwar: Miscreants in Haridwar held the family of a buffalo merchant captive at the point of a pistol and robbed them in Dhanpura in the Pathri district. The crooks made off with jewellery and money worth thousands of rupees. The miscreants are being sought by police and SOG personnel.

where it has been found that the buffalo trader is the house of innocent on Luxor Road in village Dhanpura. Two sons were to get married after a few days in the family. Therefore, jewellery etc. was purchased and kept at home. Some miscreants entered the innocent's house at midnight on Monday and started threatening the entire family at the tip of the gun.

The miscreants escaped from the house after packing jewellery cash. The family informed the police as soon as possible. There was also a hue and cry in the police department when they came to know about the loot. Police and SOG teams are on the lookout for the miscreants. Senior Superintendent of Police Dr Yogendra Singh Rawat has said that teams have been formed to nab the miscreants. The incident is going to be revealed by taking the accused into custody soon.
