Ingredients for making Pista Kulfi -

milk
full cream
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp
saffron
4-5 cardamoms
2 tbsp almonds
1/4 tsp saffron
8 Kulfi MoldsOptional Work

Method of making Pistachio Ice Cream- First of all, take milk in a large pan and keep stirring it continuously on low-medium flame. When the milk is reduced to half, then reduce the flame. Now the milk will thicken in about 30 to 40 minutes. After that, when the milk is completely cooked, it will start looking like a thick cream and bubbles will start appearing in the center of the pan. Now add sugar and saffron to it, after a boil cook it for a minute or two. After that add cardamom and turn off the flame. Now when it cools down, add some nuts to it and save some for garnishing. Mix all well and turn into moulds. Now keep it in the fridge to cool down. After that take out the molds from the freezer and with the help of knife put the kulfi in the serving bowl. Finally serve the kulfi garnished with nuts and vark.
