New Delhi: A rape of a 12-year-old innocent has been reported in Delhi's Narela Industrial Area. Police have registered a complaint under POCSO and rape sections on the complaint of the girl's family members and arrested the culprit. The rape convict has been identified as Saurabh who is said to be the neighbour of the 12-year-old victim. In fact, the girl lives with her parents in the Narela area. The girl is a class VI student and is currently undergoing online classes so the student was doing online classes on Wednesday and was alone at home.

The same girl was left at home and her parents had gone to work. The parents of the child work in the factory. Neighbour Saurabh was aware that the girl was alone in the house. So, neighbour, Saurabh came to the house on some pretext and saw the girl alone and raped her. Not only that, the girl was intimidated and threatened to kill her.

The girl was lying unconscious when the parents returned home the same evening. This was reported to the police. Police took a series of reports of the entire incident from the girl and a complaint was lodged after undergoing medical treatment. Police have then arrested the culprit Saurabh immediately.
